No, that's not true. Ayurveda simply tells you which foods and lifestyles are harmful to you and which are very beneficial for you and your health. As always, you decide for yourself how much time you want to spend on your morning self-care or in the kitchen.

Every action for your holistic health is a step towards better health and resilience. You can make up for every omitted action.

In Ayurvedic nutrition, even meat or bone broth is sometimes recommended in emaciated states. According to Ayurveda, this prevents a lack of collagen and an increased state of Vata.

However, if you want to keep yourself mentally and physically clean, you should limit your meat consumption to 1-2 times a week and choose good organic quality.
Easier to digest is white meat such as chicken or fish, which should be well cooked. There are also so many healthy Ayurvedic recipes that it is usually not necessary to consume meat at all.

That's right, aloe vera is a really great medicinal plant, known in Ayurveda as Kumari, which is particularly suitable for strongly pronounced Pitta conditions and for regulating the female hormone balance.
